Property Description

This amazing farm on the outskirts of Moberly is a well-balanced hunting and recreational property that’s been thoughtfully managed for wildlife and habitat diversity. It offers a blend of hardwoods, thick bedding cover, and open areas with established food plots that attract and hold whitetails and turkeys throughout the year. The property has undergone timber stand improvement, promoting better growth and wildlife cover while enhancing long-term value. A well-maintained trail system provides easy access to stand locations, food plots, and the timbered ridges across the farm. Multiple wet weather creeks and a pond offer water sources for the wildlife. The pond is stocked with bluegill, bass, crappie and catfish. Switch grasses planted around the field edges give hidden access and structure to the main food plot area. A comfortable 40x60 metal building with a 3-bedroom, 1-bath cabin sits tucked back off the road, providing a great place to stay during hunting season or weekend getaways (finished loft can be used for additional sleeping area). The attached garage/shop area offers ample space for equipment, UTVs, and gear storage, making this a truly turn-key setup ready for the next owner to enjoy immediately.
